Bunbury
Christmas Day. Phil actually gave us ride to Bunbury. Four of us went to beach and later toured around briefly in Bunbury and Australind (where we visited Phil's wife, Helen).

Grapeless trip to Guildford
Mushrooms of Australia are among the least known and consumed. I speculate that when colonizers and convicts arrived in the 19th century, they just ate the simple stuff. Which mushrooms are not, as the same species on different growth areas can have very different properties. So, as hunting and gathering was already dying, Australian mushroom lore was never created.
These mushrooms are from the park at Guildford, I did not dare to eat them, although they smelled really nice and no worm had evaded their fleshy body. Which might not be that good according to Estonian folk knowledge that when mushroom is eaten by worms, humans can eat it too.
